Integrated Analysis Pipeline Genome × GEM × Observed

PeptoMatch integrates three sources into a single Match Score: ① Genome-based demand (NCBI genome → KO annotation), ② Composition-based supply (in-house 53-product × 89-feature panel), and ③ GEM-based FBA simulation (22 gapseq-derived SBML models). Observed OD/μ accumulated through the Growth Curve App then progressively calibrates predictions via ML (Ridge → GP → XGBoost).
Data-accumulation phase — Section ⑤ (FBA vs. observed) currently uses an illustrative distribution; the platform will auto-refresh it with real measurements once data ingestion is in production.

Key Insights

📌 PeptoMatch Recommendation Summary

① Lactobacillus group — Single SOY-1 / SOY-N+ recommendations are stable; blending with PEA-1 (25%) yields an average +18% μ uplift. BCAA and peptide MW distribution are the dominant decision factors.
② Bacillus group — Glu·Gln demand is exceptionally high, making SOY-P (with high pyro/γ-Glu content) the top single recommendation. A 40% SOY-BIO blend adds sulfur-AA reinforcement for additional uplift.
③ Bifidobacterium group — Strong cysteine deficiency + vitamin-B dependency. Within the Sempio lineup, SOY-N+ + RICE-1 (30%) is the optimal combination. Future Cys-fortified peptone variants are recommended for further validation.
④ FBA vs. Observed — Spearman ρ = 0.78, R² = 0.74 — predictions derived from 22 GEMs consistently capture a +15% average OD uplift over commercial reference peptones.
